Having founded and successfully run his own hedge fund for years, Joe understood the intricacies of the finance industry. However, he felt compelled to share his knowledge and expertise with others. Recognizing the limitations of the core curriculum being offered to college students, Joe made a pivotal decision to step away from finance and delve into the world of education.

Undeterred by the challenges he faced, Joe embarked on an academic journey, earning his PhD in Accounting. However, his experience within academia only reinforced his belief that traditional educational institutions were not adequately preparing students for the real-world challenges they would encounter in their careers.

Driven by a desire to bridge this gap, Joe sought insights from executives in leading firms across the country. Their feedback echoed his own observations—the new hires lacked the essential skills required for success, and even existing employees struggled to keep up with the rapidly evolving technologies and industry trends.

Frustration turned into determination, and Joe founded Praximæ. His mission was clear: to revolutionize the way knowledge is acquired and applied. Praximæ would serve as a catalyst for change, empowering individuals to develop practical skills that would make a genuine impact in the workplace.
